What are the transfer times for sending money with Bounce?

Yes, you can cancel a transfer as long as the recipient hasn’t accepted it yet. Once accepted, the transfer is final.

Can I cancel a transfer sent by mistake?

A transfer can be declined by the recipient or fail due to insufficient funds. In all cases, the funds are automatically refunded to you.

Why was my transfer declined or failed?

If your friend declines a transfer you sent, funds are refunded to your original account. This return may appear as a new payment.

Why did I receive money when my friend declined my transfer?

A payment can appear as “pending” until the recipient accepts it. You can cancel or resend the request as long as it hasn’t been accepted.

My Bounce payment is marked “pending”: what should I do?

To request money, use the “Request” button from the home screen, fill in the details, then swipe down to send the request.
