How to track the status of a transaction and view my history?

Your transaction history is accessible directly from the app. You can check the status of each transfer there.

Accessing your history

Open the Bounce app

From the home screen, tap the My Transactions icon at the bottom of the screen (main menu)

You will see a list of all your past and ongoing transactions

Understanding transaction statuses

Each transfer is linked to a status:

  • Pending: the recipient has not yet accepted or declined the transfer.

  • Accepted: the recipient has accepted the transfer, and the funds are on their way.

  • Funds deposited: the money has been received in the chosen account and the transaction is complete.

  • Declined: the recipient declined the request or the transfer.

  • Cancelled: you cancelled the transaction before it was accepted.

  • Failed: the transaction could not be completed (e.g., insufficient funds).

Searching for a transaction

You can search your history by name or by amount.

If you’re unsure about a transfer, always start by checking your history to verify the status.
