Possible reasons for a failed or declined transfer

1. Insufficient funds

If the amount you are sending is greater than the balance in your account or wallet, the transfer will immediately fail.

2. Recipient declined

The transfer can be manually declined by the person you sent it to.

What happens in this case?

The transfer is automatically cancelled.

You are fully refunded to your original sending method (wallet or account).

The transaction will appear as “declined” or “failed” in your history.

What if you think it’s a mistake?

If you believe your transfer should have gone through, or it failed without any apparent reason, you can contact our support team directly from the app.

Special cases / good to know:

Declined transfers do not incur any fees.

No action is required from you to receive your refund.

You can try the transaction again once the issue has been resolved.
