Where to find the chatbot
In the app: Tap the Bounce logo at the bottom right of the screen in the profile menu, or go to Profile > Help and Support.
On the Bounce website: Use the chat icon in the bottom right corner of your screen.
When will a human agent step in?
A support agent will connect with you in the following cases:
If the chatbot cannot solve your problem.
If you report an account lock, critical technical error, or suspected fraud.
If your request involves deleting your account or changing personal information (phone number or email).
If you simply ask to speak to one.
Response time
Our support team will respond as quickly as possible, but in some cases, it may take up to 48 hours.
