How do I report a bug or technical error?

If you think you’ve found a bug or error in the Bounce app, you can report it directly through our chatbot.

Noticing unusual behaviour?

If something in the app isn’t working as expected (e.g., a button is unresponsive, an error message appears, or a transaction gets stuck), you may have encountered a bug.

Your first step is to speak with the Bounce chatbot. It can:

  • Confirm whether the issue is an actual bug or expected behaviour.

  • Redirect you to an agent or the right form if needed.

Where to find the chatbot

  • In the app: Tap the Bounce logo in the bottom right corner of the Profile page.

    Or go to Settings > Help and Support.

  • On the Bounce website: Use the chat icon in the bottom right corner of your screen.

What information to provide

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • A screenshot of the bug (if possible)

  • A short, clear description of what happened

  • The approximate date and time the problem occurred

    Follow-up and resolution

    Every report is taken seriously by our technical team. We work hard to provide you with a smooth, complete experience.

    You’ll receive follow-up or feedback if necessary through the support channel.

    Even minor bugs help us improve — don’t hesitate to share your feedback.
