How do I report a user or fraudulent payment?
You can report suspicious users or transactions directly to Bounce support through the in-app chatbot. Our team investigates every report.
Your safety is our priority. If you witness or experience suspicious activity or a fraudulent payment on Bounce, you can easily report it through our support chatbot. Here’s how:
1. Report a fraudulent payment
If you see a transaction that seems suspicious (unknown amount, unauthorized transfer, strange request):

Go to the My Transactions tab.

Select the transaction in question.

Copy the transaction ID located at the top right by tapping on it.

Contact support through the integrated chatbot and provide the transaction ID.
2. Report a suspicious user
To report abusive behaviour (e.g., scam, fake profile, inappropriate language):

Contact support directly via the in-app support menu.

Provide as many details as possible (username, date, screenshot, type of abuse, etc.).
3. The chatbot will guide you
The Bounce chatbot, available 24/7 via the app or website, will direct you to the correct resource or reporting form.
4. What Bounce does after a report
Every report is carefully reviewed by our team. If fraudulent activity is confirmed, immediate action will be taken.
