My account is not Canadian, How can I connect it?

Currently, only Canadian bank accounts are compatible with Bounce. If you have a foreign account, it cannot be connected to the app.

For regulatory and security reasons, Bounce works only with Canadian financial institutions.

This means that:

  • Your bank account must be domiciled in Canada.

  • It must be denominated in Canadian dollars (CAD).

  • It must be connected through a supported partner institution within the app.

If your account is based abroad (even in France or the United States), you will not be able to use it to send or receive money with Bounce. You can, however, use Bounce Pay, the virtual wallet, to receive and then send money.

What about international phone numbers?

Good news, foreign phone numbers are accepted to create a Bounce account, as long as you connect a Canadian bank account.
