Bounce centralizes all customer support through an intelligent chatbot, available at any time. It can:

  • Answer frequently asked questions instantly

  • Suggest relevant articles from the Help Center

  • Quickly connect you to an agent if needed

Where to find the chatbot?

You can access the chatbot in several ways:

  • From the Bounce app:

    • Tap the circle with the Bounce logo at the bottom right of the screen in the profile menu after clicking your profile photo at the top right of the main menu.

    • Or, open the menu, tap your profile, then go to Help and Support.

  • From the Bounce website:

    • A floating icon is available at the bottom right of your screen.

Availability and response times

The chatbot is available 24/7.

If you need an agent, our support team will respond as quickly as possible, but in some cases, it may take up to 48 hours. Human agents are available on weekdays during business hours.
