  • A Help Center article if the answer is available.

  • A form or a human agent if your request requires it.

In case of emergency or suspected fraud

Contact support immediately via the chatbot if you:

  • Suspect someone has accessed your account without permission.

  • Notice an unusual or suspicious transaction.

Examples of requests that don’t require contacting support

Some situations can be resolved directly in the app or through the FAQ, such as:
