If you notice any activity on your Bounce account that you don’t recognize — such as an unknown transaction, an unexpected notification, or a change to your information — follow these steps right away:

Steps to take

  1. Change your PIN immediately in the app:

    • Go to Settings > Security > Change PIN

  2. Contact Bounce Support via the in-app chatbot and explain the situation.

  3. Mention any suspicious transactions or unusual activity you’ve observed.

  4. Monitor your linked bank accounts to ensure no fraudulent transactions have taken place.

Security reminder

  • Never share your PIN or sensitive account information with anyone — even if they claim to be from Bounce.

  • Our support team will never ask for your PIN or login credentials.
