Can a group expense be edited or deleted afterwards?

This article explains how to edit or delete a group expense after it has already been validated.

Bounce lets you keep your group expenses up to date and fair. If you’ve made a mistake or want to adjust an amount, you can edit or delete an expense.

Edit an expense

  • Open the relevant group.

  • Find the expense you want to edit.

  • Tap it, then click “Edit.”

  • Tap Save to confirm the changes.

You can edit:

  • The name of the expense

  • The total amount

  • The people involved in the expense

  • The split between members

All group members can delete or edit an expense.

Delete an expense

  • Follow the same steps to open the expense.

  • Tap “Delete.”

  • Confirm the deletion.
