How to permanently delete my Bounce account?

How to delete your account

Log in to the Bounce app.

Go to Settings.

Open the Help and Support section.

Click on the Bounce icon at the bottom right to start a chat with our Support team. You can then simply request that your account be deleted.

Some security information will be required to verify your identity and confirm your request.

What this means

Before confirming, please note that this action:

This action is permanent.

Special cases / good to know:

Make sure you have no remaining balance in your Bounce Pay before deleting your account.

You can always create a new account later, but your history will be lost.

Some of your account data will be retained for compliance purposes, in accordance with our privacy policy.
