How to update or disconnect a linked bank account?
You can manage your bank accounts directly from the Bounce app. You can disconnect them or add new ones at any time.
Update a bank account

Go to the “My Money” section from the main menu.

Select the account you want to update.

Tap the three dots at the top right.

Then choose Update and follow the instructions in the app.
Disconnect a bank account

Go to your Profile from the home screen.

Access the “My bank accounts” section.

Tap the account you want to remove.

Select “Disconnect this account.”
Once removed, the account can no longer be used to send or receive funds via Bounce. Note that if a transfer has already been accepted to this account and has not yet been completed, once processed, the funds will still go into that account.
Helpful tips:
Make sure your account is Canadian and active before adding it.
