How to log out of my account?

Log out of your Bounce account

To log out:

Open the Bounce app

Go to the Profile menu (icon in the top left)

Scroll down and tap Log Out
You will be automatically redirected to the login screen.

Using another account

Bounce does not allow multiple active accounts on the same device.

To use a different account, please log out following the steps above, then log in with the other account.

Changing devices

It is strongly recommended to log out of your Bounce account and even clear all data from your device before recycling, selling, or giving it away.

Helpful tip:

Keep your login details and security PIN handy so you can log back in easily.

If you believe one of your devices has been compromised or stolen, please contact Bounce support to initiate a remote logout for that device.
